Shipping and Handling
All jewelry is carefully packaged in gift bags or boxes. Delivery of jewelry
is guaranteed to any part of the world, for a flat fee. All orders are sent
priority mail and insured for total flat rate of $10.00. International shipping
is made through United States Postal Service Registered Air Mail and
arrives in 10 to 15 days. Shipping cost is determined once ordered is

Security & Privacy
We respect your privacy and will never, on any occasion, knowingly hand
out your personal information. This site has a dedicated Security Certificate
and accepts transactions through Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
American Express and PayPal. PayPal transactions are made securely via
PayPal’s protected pages. Sophia Jaxon Creations is a Verified member
of PayPal. For security purposes, if you are located outside of the US, all
deliveries must go to the billing address on the credit card used for
payment.
Custom Orders
Special Custom Orders are always available by request. Should you
desire a special design, please feel free to contact me and we will work
together to develop your tailored unique design. Because these pieces
are made upon request they will take time to complete depending on
material availability. Estimated delivery times will be provided once the
design is finalized. Most custom orders can be completed in approximately

7-10 days from date of order. Occasionally materials for custom
orders need to be special ordered. If this is the case, it can take up to 4
weeks for delivery. I will communicate any delays as soon as I am able. I
will make every effort to complete the piece as soon as possible. Because
custom orders have been created just for you, returns cannot be
accepted on custom orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may
cause.
Returns and Warranty Policies
SophiaJaxon Creations wants you to be completely satisfied with your
purchase. In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied or wish to
return an item, please send a detailed email. We will happily accept
returns that are in their original packaging and condition (free from
scratches, marks, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of
wear or tear). Purchases that meet all criteria will be refunded in full, less
shipping, handling, and any additional insurance charges if applicable. All
returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of order. Custom orders
cannot be returned.
Repairs & Damages
SophiaJaxon Creations guarantees the quality of its jewelry. Since all
jewelry is totally handcrafted many pieces might have slight natural
irregularities. If your jewelry becomes damaged during its lifetime and
requires repair, there will be a nominal repair fee depending on the extent
of the damage.
